It's Laundry Time!

What to wear on laundry day...indeed. I'll let you in on a secret: when you have kid/kids/husband, every day is laundry day.

I'm not kidding...

So my laundry day costume consists of "cozy sweater" + something on the bottom.
And right now, these tights (and some variation of these socks) are in heavy rotation with said cozy sweater.
There is a story behind this sweater. It is one of those lucky-in-thrifting stories. Involving someone (me) needing a sweater to wear out on a coffee date, that was (hopefully) from the Menswear section of Goodwill. Done and done! Yeah. I never said it was an interesting story!

And if you're interested, this tunic is also my go-to right now. Tunic, shirt dress, chambray. I'm not up on all the fashion terminology right now (or like, ever), but it's an awesome long shirt thingy, so I just keep wearing it...see...
This dress/shirt was just screaming to be paired with my grape shoes & matching pants...yeah...that was an accident! Also...holy windy day Batman! Just about got blown in to this vacant lot beside the Spa Lady.

Shoes/Lethbridge VV, Rock Star pants/Old Navy, tunic+belt/Joe Fresh

I know that everyone on this list of fabulous ladies would love a visit from you, and a little comment on her choice of outfits for laundry day. Or lack of choice, as the case may be.

Until next time....when we will "discuss" what to wear on Halloween. Spooky!

later loves

Tis the season for tights, long socks and cozy sweaters. I dig it.
I'm wearing one of my coziest sweaters today, too. (And I also have a purse full of loonies, so I can do laundry this weekend!!)

Laundry- I never seem to catch up and by the time I finish washing I am too tired to put it all away.

    1. Oh, I very rarely put laundry away. Right now I have two baskets beside my bed: one full of dirty and one full of clean, that I have to dig through every morning to find some underpants!
