Living where we do - (almost) smack dab in the middle of Canada - doesn't afford many opportunities to go to the beach. We've got some nicer lakes around, and feeling the pebbly Alberta sand in my toes is okay and all...but I really miss the ocean.

Sigh. I totally get your ocean missing feeling. I grew up with the ocean in my backyard (seriously!) so this good old Alberta lack of ocean business really gets me sad sometimes. I really like how you used that bingo card as a photo mat - wish I had thought of that! :) What is your background paper? It's super pretty! (and I'm done my very random comment!)
ReplyDeleteI hear ya, sister. I haven't seen the ocean in what feels like an eternity (in fact it was last Christmas). Growing up on the west coast, I took it for granted and now I miss it a great deal. The smell, the sand, the weird little creatures, crab catching, sand castles. I miss it all.
