Crazy Gym Lady

I never ever ever thought I would be one of those people who loves going to the gym.

If I am feeling tired, or sad, or crappy, or cranky, or overwhelmed, or underwhelmed, or lonely, or freaked out I go to the gym. If I am spending too much time in my head, and those silly little things that I tend to obsess over are getting out of control, I go to the gym.

If I am feeling like I really really don't want to go to the gym, the best thing for me to do is go to the gym.


The gym may not fix all of my problems, but it makes a dent in some of the more obvious ones.

And it has make such a huge impact on my quality of life! I have more energy, and am feeling more positive and more inspired, and more in love with everything and everyone.

If I can recommend anything to anyone about all I have learned through all of this, is just to get moving! Get out there, get active, chase your kids (or your dog), go dancing. You don't need a gym membership to be active and feel good about yourself.

Because that's what this is all about, after all.

    I am not having as much success at the gym now that my work schedule interupts all my favorite classes. Can you text me if you ever are planning on going in the morning/ lunch hour or on fridays? I could use some motivation! early morning saturdays would also work-- zumba?!
    Also- you look so fab and Im so glad you feel as good as you look.

      I am at the gym every Saturday morning for 9:30 Zumba. Fridays would be lovely. I will text you.

  2. Good for you Lisa:) I know the nice weather coupled with the longer days sure make a difference in my desire to get out there and move :)
