Note to self...

The next time we go on holidays, don't go during a record-breaking heat wave, with all the heat and humidity warnings that come with it! Oh my goodness...

Yesterday the "feels like" temperature here was over 50 celsius! The humidity hits you as soon as you leave the A/C, and you immediately feel wet. Needless to say, in between us doing the busy tourist act, we have been hiding away in our hotel room drinking lots of cold water and trying to relax.

But we are having fun...here's some proof...

At the top of the falls. You get wet here. That mist is pretty powerful stuff!

Dessert at a sushi restaurant the other day. Best priced and most delicious food we could find in Niagara Falls. Everything is so expensive here, especially in the tourist areas, and the selection is really poor and it's so busy. This place is a diamond in the rough!

The Belugas at Marineland. The Kerchers do not love Marineland...

On the Maid of the Mist. Lucas was worried about getting wet, but he did think it was pretty cool, being so close to the waterfall.
