Twisted Sketches Update-o-rama

the latest Twisted Sketch went live yesterday! Check out the site for the original sketch, and all the other interpretations!

Here is my version of "METAL"
I stitched the yarn on with my sewing machine, and hand-stitched the bits holding the washer on.
Supplies list:
Pattern paper is from October Afternoon, and the background is a writing practice sheet Russ made for Lucas (that he never used!). The house drawing I grabbed off the internet (google image search for houses)
Transparency and Rub on are Hambly.
Letter stickers are Jenni Bowlin, October Afternoon and My Little Shoebox
Brad is Pebbles
Other stuff used: an old key and washer I found (like, on the ground), yarn, thread, embroidery floss, black pen

*****
I really loved all the pictures I took of what's left of main street Heinsburg...I feel at least a couple more layouts coming!

And, I really love being on a DT for a SKETCHES blog...never thought I'd say that! It's such a great challenge for me...and I'm enjoying it!

  1. Isn't "the ground" a wonderful place to go shopping? Love your LO, Lisa!
