A Birthday Date

My sweet friend Veronica hit a milestone birthday last month, and invited me to hang out with her and some other friends at Crankpots in the afternoon. We painted and gabbed and had a lover-ly time!

Chan & Company gave me some of the new Bo Bunny to work with - my challenge kit for the month - and boy was it ever a challenge...at first... But once I got my tiny scissors out, I was rocking and rolling and whatnot.

The colours are right up my alley, and I even made use of the MME pearl designs I got with my package. I was really working outside of my comfort zone this month!!

This layout is going up on the TM Inspiration Blog tomorrow next Friday (10 AM-ish), with some more chit-chat about the elements and all the good things happening here.

And I'll leave it there...I would hate to repeat myself...hardy har har.

p.s. I painted a gorgeous (and giant) mug that afternoon. I will post a photo of the finished product later. It is the most expensive mug I will ever own!!!!
