You Can Do It!
So I had a lapse. I went one whole week without really thinking about my plan and my goals and my attitude. And it was a rough week. And I gained some weight back. Eek! But most importantly, I felt crappy. So I'm trying to turn it around. I worked out a couple times this week already. I ate my first piece of fruit this morning in who knows how long, and I'm feeling all the better for it! I fell off the wagon and now I'm running to get back on. Actually, it's more of a fast walk. I'm not much of a runner!

Hi formerly Lisa! I was just scanning through other Edmonton blogs and came across yours. I think you are me ... or am I you? I just found it funny that I could relate to you - same city (I am in Castledowns), same sign, a hubby with a fifteen pound difference (except that I outweigh mine by that) and the whole weight loss struggle! I lost 26 pounds last winter and have since put half of it back on! Anyway, I just think it would be fun to chat and maybe if we get along we could be accountability partners in the weight loss battle!
