Do-do-do-do Feelin' Groovy
I weighed myself this morning ( I tend only to weigh myself when I think I can handle it!) I'm down to 191 pounds! I wanted to be here 3 weeks ago, but I'll take what I can get. I've been doing a little each day, baby steps really, just trying to work myself up to the crazy fitness lover that I want to be. One day! On Gill Deacon today she interviewed Kathy Smith, who is a fitness "goddess" and showed some moves from her new DVDs. They look totally awesome and I may have to find myself one! She has one called Power Walk Your Way to Weight Loss. Now I can handle walking!I'll report back on the outcome. I just hope it doesn't cost $50. That just isn't in my budget right now, especially not with the price of fruits and veggies going up. What's a vegetarian to do!?
