Well, almost a month. It's been awhile since I went that long without posting. And what's worse, is that in a month there still isn't much new to report. I went to a bunch of home parties, only one of which I have received my order! Norwex, PartyLite, Epicure, Mary Kay. And the credit card came out at each one. But I did get some Christmas shopping done at them, so all was not lost. In another note, if any of you open your Christmas presents from me and find some of the above, don't be surprised!
But seriously, I was less energetic about making all of my presents again this year. It seems to me that last year I got a bit of a head start on things, so it wasn't so last minute. But I just haven't been inspired as of late, so while I am making some little things, I will not be attempting any albums, as was my original plan. Just little things. But little can still be awesome! Trust me! The mini presents will make their first appearance at the party tomorrow, so we'll do a little market research and then I will see if they will be worth it to sell on Etsy. You heard it here first people. This Lisa is thinking of starting up her very own Etsy store. More to come on that later. I will join the ranks of Adrienne, Elsie and other awesome ladies with their handmade flair. But if my test market, i.e. you guys, doesn't like the product, the whole store idea will be kaiboshed. No harm done.
I've already been using some of my homemade embellies on my own pages and I must say that I quite enjoy having more control over the colour and texture of my add-ons. For the few of you who have already got the inside track on what these things are, and without giving away the identity of said things, feel free to leave some feedback in my comments as to how you think they would do on Etsy. Thanks.
As for more pages in my future, I think it is safe to say that I will get "a lot" done on Friday and so will post accordingly. I will not be in the store on Saturday...going to a kids' Christmas party put on through my Dad's work...but I will be there again the following Saturday (hopefully teaching a class), so if you want to stop by and see the pages in person, feel free!

P.S. And no, I haven't got a new printer yet. I'm at my Mom's right now using Heath's radular printer that does an amazing job! I printed off some photos to work on Friday, but I may have to come back and print off the rest to complete my stack of pages that feel lonesome and light without the pics. This baby does an amazing job. I should make him an offer he can't refuse!
Okay, I am completely out of the loop again and have no idea what Etsy is... Care to elaborate for us? I'm sure everything you have created would be a hit on Etsy since everyone here always loves your work!
