My progression...I mean regression

So my whole weight loss thing isn't going as per my schedule. In fact I haven't really lost any weight. I gained 4 pounds the week I started working out (as if that isn't enough to discourage you from the whole thing!), and then I lost it (woot!), and then I sort of started randomly working out Carribbean style. The first and second weeks I did it every day. Then every couple of days. I did it zero days last week. What I'm starting to realize is that I'm not really concerned with my weight as much as my overall health. I think of working out as something that is great when I do it, and that any little bit helps. I go on walks, but I don't go crazy. I eat healthy (more fruits and veggies-yum yum!), but I don't stop eating anything else. Everything in moderation eh!?
