Kathy Smith ROCKS!!

I got my Kathy Smith DVD in the mail the other day. I gave a big woo-hoo for my whole neighbourhood to hear. It came almost 2 weeks early! And I got to try it this morning. it was great. I can already feel the pounds disappearing. It really is just walking, and some core strengthening. And it's easy and funny and there's a cute guy in her little team! I think this will be an easy one to stick to. I may still have to take Veronica up on her offer to go to a class with her, just to add something different, but for now it's Kathy all the way!

Aack-von-lieben!

So I went to watch my self-made workout tape yesterday. It's segments of Caribbean Workout that I taped last year and haven't gone through in awhile. And I find that my favourite episode, plus a couple of others have been taped over. The culprit? LUCAS! He must have been playing with the DVD/VCR player and hit record. So I got 1.5 hours of the menu screen for his V-Tech game! Can't workout to that! So now I have to improvise, which means I do what I've been doing from memory for the last 3 months. This really makes me want to save up my money and buy that Kathy Smith DVD, if I can find it.

I did weights today and my cool ab workout that doesn't involve stupid crunches which always hurt my neck and put me in a bad mood.

Milestone: I bought a pair of comfy pants yesterday at Superstore for $8. And they were a SIZE LARGE!! Not extra large, not extra extra large (yikes!). Not extra anything. Just regular. Still a large mind you, but better than nothing! And they're cute: red with white hearts all over! Put me in a good mood. I got in the door and put them on, first thing. They may just be simple cotton p.j. pants, but they made me feel GOOD!

I'm still here...

I guess it's about time for me to post again. Nothing drastic to report. I've been doing really good lately though, and I'm starting to notice it. My clothes fit a little better, I have more energy, I'm in a better mood (for the most part). That is what I remember best about being a full-fledged vegetarian before. I FELT GOOD. Better than good, I felt great! It's getting there!
